Fen HRT Announcement

This was drawn for Fen's HRT announcement post! It was commissioned back in July but she didn't get to post it until Novemeber due to delays. It was based on the Megaman 2 get equipment screen. I used the actual NES resolution and color palatte. Though I didn't warp it to how it would appear on a typical CRT. I thought maybe that kind of distorition would harm legebility (and also I don't know how to do that well).
